GlycoStore provides data for 5 separation and electrophoretic platforms including:
- HPLC and UPLC using 2-AB
- UPLC with Procainamide label

- CE samples labelled with APTS
- Reduced glycans run on Porous Graphitic Carbon
To search for glycan structures entries associated with a specific analytical method go to 'Search => Retention Times/Units", then select the 'Technology Platform' tab. From the drop down list select an option followed by a data range in the min and max boxes.
